In 1913, George C. Carroll entered the real estate business and the first Carroll Realty office opened its doors. His son, Granville Carroll, operated the company until 1955. After his retirement, the company continued to grow under the leadership of Don Carroll, grandson of George Carroll, and became affiliated with ERA, (Electronic Realty Associates) in 1978. The family-owned business developed a reputation for honesty and reliable service, which it upholds today.

In 1990 the company was sold to long time employee, Dixie See, who aggressively expanded the business, always striving to provide new and enhanced services. In 2000, the firm merged with Banner Realty, which brought in a strong ranch and rural real estate department. Tom Belus and Jane Clark joined Dixie as owners of this new full service real estate organization.

We are the largest real estate firm in Sheridan with 25 licensed REALTORS® who can show you any property in the Multiple Listing Service, 3 Owners who oversee all transactions, and 8 staff members who coordinate your marketing, showings, contracts and closing.

We are the proud recipients of the 2005 1st in Service® Award from ERA and earned the ERA Top 100 Award® for our ranking nationwide in both number of closed transactions and dollars of closed transactions for 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007!
