Jason enjoys working with clients to sell or acquire real estate, whether it be raw land, residential, commercial, ranch property , or property development.   His real estate experience, community involvement, and construction background attribute to his vast property knowledge and highly effective marketing skills.  He always puts his clients first. 

Jason sits on the Design Review Board for the City and the Civic Theatre Guild Board.  Splitting time between Sheridan and Minneapolis through the years, he has been a permanent fixture in Sheridan since 1998, working as a contractor and Realtor. 

Jason holds a residential and commercial contractor’s license and has built over 50 homes and headed countless remodel jobs.   Whether wanting to envision the equity potential in a property or improve an existing home or business before a sale, Jason can share his expertise to help you get the most for your money.   He will make you feel secure throughout the process of buying and/or selling.

He enjoys scuba diving, boating, hunting, hockey, and spending time with his wife Julie and daughter Ruby.
