Julie enjoys working with both buyers and sellers to facilitate real estate sales.  She has used her expertise in real estate to help many different clients, whether it be involving raw land, residential, or commercial property.  She currently serves as a director on the Sheridan Board of Realtors. 

Originally from Missouri, she attended Colorado State University earning a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology.  She became a Realtor after many years of archaeology survey work and dabbling in construction remodel and design, which created a great passion for people, land, and real property.  

In her spare time she is a local singer/songwriter, and enjoys history, scuba diving, hockey, and spending time with her family.
