Bill Rapp

Bill is a people person. He seeks to understand the unique needs that each person or family brings to the table and works hard to fulfill each of those needs with the best possible solutions. He is a single father and full time parent of four children, three of whom reside in Sheridan. Not only does he love helping you sell your property, he enjoys helping others pursue their goals and find the homes of their dreams.

Bill comes to us with a diverse background. Born in Las Vegas, Nevada and raised on a farm with 4 brothers and 2 sisters he learned the values of hard work and cooperation. As a boy scout he learned loyalty and duty. In his church life he learned love and service to others. While in high school He began work in the construction industry serving in leadership roles for His family’s business.

Bill attended college in Southern California at Cal Baptist University. After starting a family he began a twenty year career in the Energy Industry for Unocal Geothermal in wellhead and power plant operations. Eventually he went to work for his rural power utility working in Energy Trading and Contracts. During this time Bill worked to complete a B.S. degree in Business and Management at the University of Redlands. He was inducted into the university’s Whitehead Leadership Society.

Having played and refereed soccer, coached, umpired and served on the little league board, worked with summer swim teams and served as a youth group leader Bill finds great enjoyment in serving kids and their families. He loves to explore, camp, hike, hunt and fish in his free time. If not doing these things you will find Bill at the YMCA playing racquet ball with his friends or on the golf course improving his handicap. He wishes he had more time to work on the “54” five window GMC truck that he has had garaged for way too long.
