Professional Experience: Even though Heather has proven her sales & marketing capabilities with various awards (Top Volume Salesperson in Category and District in past careers) her past experiences and true desire to help people are what set her apart. She has worked in retail sales as an Assistant Manager, an Advertising Manager, and as an Appraiser. These past experiences have helped Heather develop marketing tools & negotiating systems that give clients a "Market Advantage."
 
Relentless Progress: With such a dynamic market place it is imperative to constantly improve with the industry. This dedication to developing Heather’s practice has been directed at advancing her education and knowledge of the industry.  Currently she is studying to become a Certified Residential Specialist, and will be going for her Associate Brokers license as soon as she is allowed to by Wyoming Real Estate Statutes.
 
Passion for Wyoming: Heather was born & raised right here in Sheridan. Her family has owned the Hawkey 5 Diamond Ranch in Ucross, WY for over 100 years. She graduated from Sheridan High School and has lived in Denver, San Diego, and the US Virgin Islands, but prefers the hometown feel of Sheridan to raise her family in. In her spare time, Heather helps out at the family ranch and loves spending time outdoors. She enjoys cross-country skiing, floating the creek and spending time with her husband, Matt and their two children Simon, age 10 and Jessica age 6.  The family also has two dogs, a rambunctious golden retriever puppy Annie, and a lovable old mutt named Scout.  Heather also loves traveling and recently took a tour of Italy & Greece that she found amazing. She hopes someday to see Asia, Australia, and “everywhere else” as well.
