Julie Szewc

Julie Szewc also knows that providing the very best service is essentially about putting clients first. This means being accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

She has used her expertise in real estate to help many different clients in residential, land or commercial property sales.  Julie currently serves as Treasurer on the Sheridan Board of Realtors® and has countless sales and continuing education courses under her belt in order to provide you with the best sales and service possible.

Originally from Missouri, she attended Colorado State University earning a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology.  Traveling as an archaeologist, she made her home in Sheridan, Wyoming and further gained experience in the construction industry working with her husband who is a local residential/commercial contractor and real estate agent.  Julie has since become an experienced Realtor®, and believes her background and current work has created a great passion for people, land, and property.

In her spare time she is a local singer/songwriter, and enjoys history, scuba diving, hockey, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
